The full diploma is awarded after completing the Spiritual Workshop Masterclass, the Educating Heart & Soul Home Study Programme and a final Assessment Weekend.

Do you want to run your own workshop programme, perhaps in the healing arts, or as a spiritual teacher? Perhaps you already run a study group or workshop programme and want to learn new techqiues for generating interest and managing group dynamics in this intense setting? If so, The Diploma in Spiritual Workshop Facilitation will give you the knowledge, skills and professional authority to run successful events.
To complete the diploma you'll need to:

1. Have completed Chrissie's spiritual development home study course, Educating Heart & Soul, which will give you a thorough understanding of many aspects of spiritual development, faiths and beliefs. The course is a seven month programme, completed in your own time, with a final questionnaire. You can take the course at any time. For more information on the course click here.

2. Attend the Spiritual Workshop Masterclass, an intense two-day workshop which teaches you the tools and practical skills to plan, orgnaise and facilitate spiritual events. At the end of the workshop you will be awarded a Certificate of Completion and you'll be able to plan your first events with the full support of Chrissie and co-presenter, Richard Haywood.

3. Develop a workshop of your own, submitting details of the plan for the event, a summary of how it went and feedback from your students. This can be completed at any time after the masterclass.

4. Attend a Final Assessment Weekend in which you share your experiences and demonstrate your facilitation skills. These are organised periodically around the UK, subject to demand and will be charged at a nominal fee just to cover costs.

Once these four elements have been achieved, the Diploma will be issued, allowing you to run workshops accredited by Chrissie Astell and AngelLight.

The Facilitators

Chrissie has been running successful spiritual development and angel workshops for more than 12 years and is a gifted facilitator, with a degree in Comparative Religion and post-graduate qualifications in spiritual development, teaching and facilitation.

Co-presenter Richard Haywood, is an experienced marketing consultant who has been working with small businesses and sole traders for more than 11 years. He will offer advice, guidance and step-by-step plans to teach you how to promote and advertise your workshops effectively. The Spiritual Workshop Masterclass is designed to help you learn and practice the key skills you need to be a successful workshop facilitator yourself, and to organise and run events effectively and profitably.

Also ideal for those who already run workshops or retreats but want to enhance their facilitation skills and learn new techniques for promotion and marketing.
