Here are some more ideas for using the weekly affirmations:
Use it daily as part of your normal relaxation / meditation routine. Say the affirmation out loud or in your head three times before and after meditation.
Spend a short time each week reflecting on the affirmation and the picture provided. What does it mean for you? How do feel about this affirmation? How can this work for you?
Use the affirmation as your computer screensaver (most PCs have a text screensaver that you can change yourself.) It will then appear for you whenever you are not using your computer.
Repeat the affirmation three times before you sleep - this will remind your subconscious to reinforce the affirmation through the night. Often people feel more refreshed and positive each morning as a result.
